The work carried out consists of the preparation of the document “Evaluation of the impact of the project on the Natura 2000 Network”, required by the Directives 92/43EEC on Habitats and 2009/147/EC on Birds, transposed by the Law 42/2007 on Natural Heritage and Biodiversity, and duly integrating it into the ENVIRONMENTAL DOCUMENT OF THE SIMPLIFIED PROCEDURE for Environmental Impact Assessment of Projects deriving from Directive 2001/92/EU, transposed by Law 21/2013 on Environmental Assessment.
Type of services provided:
- Drafting of Impact Report. The structure and contents of the document have been developed following the 2018 guide of the Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries, Food and Environment, consisting of the following sections:
- Justification of the impact assessment.
- Alternatives considered in the assessment of the impact on the Natura 2000 network.
- Description of the project for each alternative.
- Natura 2000 sites affected. Potentially affected species.
- Description of the project for each alternative.
- Details of the impact assessment on the Natura 2000 network.
- Justification for the choice of alternatives and conclusions.
- Mapping of conditions on the Natura 2000 network.
